Hand crafted and small batch distilled with pristine Tasmanian water in an environment of the freshest of fresh air on the planet. Island Coast Rum is double distilled from fermented raw sugar cane juice and molasses.
Infused with fresh Tasmanian grown bird's eye chillis.
Matured in gently toasted American Oak bourbon barrels to produce a delicious golden rum with a delicate smooth sweet flavour at 40% ABV. The unique Rum from Tasmania, an Island surrounded by the most diverse and picturesque Coast lines you’ll find around the world.
