Island Coast Rum

Hand crafted and small batch distilled with pristine
Tasmanian water in an environment of the freshest of fresh air on the planet. Island Coast Rum is double
distilled from fermented raw sugar cane juice and molasses.

Matured in gently toasted American Oak bourbon barrels to produce a delicious golden rum with a delicate smooth sweet flavour at 40% ABV. The unique Rum from Tasmania, an Island surrounded by the most diverse and picturesque Coast lines you’ll find around the world. It’s a Rumolution.

Island Coast Rum has just been awarded a Silver Medal at the World Rum Awards in London on the 19th of April 2023.

For our Rum to be mentioned with the likes of iconic Australian Rum's such as Bundaberg, Beenleigh, Jimmyrum, Archie Rose, and Killik is very special and humbling. Let alone being a medal recipient alongside international brands from Grenada, France, Scotland, Cuba, Brazil. Trinidad & Tobago, Panama and Jamaica.

We believe we are aiding in creating a Rumolution in Tasmania, and we hope to see more and more Rums in the Tasmanian spirits scene.
